Need Help From Moderator ,Please

I just received the Prive Revaux TSV Sunglasses in the Blonde Tortoise color. The glasses are beautiful. The problem is the tan case it came with was damaged.The inside velvet had deep scratches & holes.I emailed Preve Riveux & was just told that I had to go through QVC. I love the glasses.I just need the case swapped out. Thank You.

@NicksmomESQ I am so sorry the case that came with your item was damaged. Unfortunately we do not have partial pieces that we can ship, you will need to return both for a replacement,   I will note the order.

@Susan-QVC   Is there any way QVC can contact the company for a new case? I know once before I had a similar issue with an exercise bar & they were able to contact the manufacturer.They sent me a replacement storage bag. I think if QVC contacts Prive Riveux they may do it .They wouldn't deal with me because they had no way of confirming my purchase .

   Also note that QVC is out of stock so a replacement through your company wouldn't happen. I hate to lose out on the sunglasses because of a defective case.I would even take a different color case if I had to.

@NicksmomESQ I put in a request to see if the vendor can provide a new case, no promises but we will do all we can to accommodate.      Susan

@NicksmomESQ, could you please give me the item number for the glasses. If you like them, I´m sure i will also. I looked at a few and some people should not demonstrate sun glasses, it turns me off.

@Susan-QVC  Patience is required in these trying times.

      Will I be notified either way with regard to their response? I have 30 days to return the glasses.
