And WHY does it ask us to change our nickname everytime we want to comment or heart a post on the forums.    WHY did we have to change our nicknames to begin with?????

@KatieB

Even after changing my nic, I can't mark a review on a product as helpful/not helpful or leave a review on a product, without selecting a NEW password.

After 26+ years here, my IT Certified Specialist hubby keeps insisting that my new nic here needs to be, 'I'M DONE'.

Sadly, I will miss all of the friends I've made here....Heart

@KingstonsMom   And until I retired a few years ago, I was in IT Systems Development for over 40 years and I've never seen such a mess as the systems they have in place at QVC.  No testing at all it seems.

According to Kim, one of our moderators, what you are seeing are symptoms caused by a system update. A poster here having working in IT suggests this is what happens when all the different browsers aren't optimized after updates to make sure all are working.

I was assured messages were sent to the IT dept about the problems; however, they haven't been fixed.

I am sure they're working on it.

The only thing Kim told me was that there wasn't a security breach....maybe not for Q but it's a breach for us.

I worked with IT for 30 years at a huge international corporation. I know mistakes and other things can happen with updates. I can deal with most without complaining. This one is a lot more than a blip since it exposes all of us.
