"Dedicated" threads or forums don't ever seem to work.  People post where they want to post.  No thread or forum ever stands alone as the only one containing that subject.

My QVC orders are sometimes fast then sometimes slow but they usually finally arrive. 

Last week I ordered some jewelry from a  favorite jewelry store.

I was told it would be delivered last Friday. With the Q taking so long that amazed me. 

The jewelry was delivered on Friday but to the wrong house. 

The store had the wrong address (I gave the correct one & it’s recorded.)

The house has been sold, is unoccupied and workmen are doing renovations. I put notes on the door and mailbox about the package and they were still there this afternoon. 

Called the Company again and they shipped another package immediately. Meanwhile  we hope the first one shows up.

So...all companies have problems with delivering at times. 

As customers we expect Quality, Value and Convenience.

We also expect timely service. And we need to vent sometimes!
