@Susan-QVC @Beth-QVC or any other moderator who can provide an answer:

I posted a five-star review for item J326747 (Or Paz TSV ring) on 5/31.  It still hasn't posted, even though there have been 25 reviews posted since then.

I tried to post again and it simply says I've already posted a review on 5/31 and it shows me the review I wrote!  Well, yes, I did, but it seems to have disappeared into the ether because it's not posted on the website.

There is nothing in the review that contravenes any policies (it was a glowing review!) and I haven't received any notice at all about it, even though I ticked the email box.

Where is my review?  Is it just hanging in limbo somewhere?  Or Paz deserves the review.  The ring is beautiful!

I posted a 5-star review recently that took about five days to post, too.  I'll bet it will eventually be posted.  Maybe they got a lot of reviews on that ring at once since it was a TSV.

@NickNack - I know it can take them some time but it doesn't explain why they wouldn't do them in the order received.  Seriously, there have been 25 reviews posted since I submitted mine.  The most recent either last night or today.

I've had problems before where a review just never got posted without explanation, but I was always able to write another one.  Not this time.

I just find it frustrating!

@Eva-QVC - Thanks.  If you read my post above, you'll see that I finally saw that my review was posted yesterday.  It has the date I wrote it, but it didn't post until then (I checked every day).  And even though I requested an email notification when it posted, that never arrived either.

I'm glad it posted at last, but it still doesn't explain why so many other reviews written after mine posted first. It absolutely did not post on the day shown.  Not worth worrying about though.  Someone was asleep on the job!
