I ordered Breezies bras on June 19th.  They did not ship until July 1, 2020, although I called to cancel before then, And now they have been sitting in Butner, NC since July 14th.At this point I want a credit and not the product..  I swear I will not order another product from QVC,until they address the shipping issues,   In addition, I  returned a Logo dress and the tracking shows that it was recieved more than a week ago, and I still have not received an acknowledgment..

@Fofina I apologize for this frustration. We've issued a refund for the LOGO dress, please allow 3-5 days for processing. We tracked your Breezies order and we expect it to be delivered in a few days. Once received please use the prepaid return label. The order is already noted that there will be no charge for the usage. Cindy

@Fofina    Packages sitting at the post office 3 days is no big deal.  I just got one that had been there 11 days.  The USPS is swamped with unsorted mail.  If you're going to order online, you need patience.

QVC Social Moderators, I was assured that when I returned the Breezies Bras which I was unable to cancel (even though it took more than a month for me to receive them)  that I would not be charged the 6.95 return label fee.  However within the last week, I was charged on my account for the return label fee.  Please can you correct this?  Fofina.

Contactt your senators and congresspeople.  They are the only way this mess will get straightened out.  It is not the fault of the postal employees.
