I ordered a shirt at 10:15 pm last night. This morning I realized I had clicked on the wrong size and tried to change it less than 12 hours later. Apparently after a couple of hours the order is locked in and you can't change it even though we all know how slow the Q has become with shipping, it won't ship for days. I wouldn't care if it weren't for how poor QVC is at returns lately. I just had to call and get a refund for an item I sent back and was listed as received by QVC over a week ago! Seriously, you need to give us more time to change our orders and get better at shipping and returns! You have gone SO FAR DOWNHILL in customer service lately! Please address these issues, I can see I'm not an isolated incident.

@doggrandma  I agree with you regarding order changes. If the item has not been shipped, it makes absolutely no sense that it cannot be altered or canceled. I have an order I placed thirteen days ago that still has not shipped. The color and size are no longer available. I was told I cannot cancel the order, and that there was nothing customer service could do. Ridiculous! I feel badly for you; returns are really expensive. I feel sure that QVC's inflexibility must be impacting their business.

QVC does free exchanges if the requested size & color are available.

@NicksmomESQ  Thanks, but that won't help me, since QVC has never shipped my order to me (ordered 13 days ago).

Returns and exchanges even if free are not so easy. I consider it a pain in you know where to have to return something. Especially if it is not my fault that something is wrong with an order!!!  Smiley Sad

Yeh, and they are often not available so what good is that policy?

@NicksmomESQ  To add insult to injury, returns seem to be taking 3 - 4 weeks before the credit is issued. Sometimes, that even requires a follow-up phone call. This is not the same QVC of years ago.

That has never worked for me.  It seems like there are a lot of people who wear an XL and 1X because when I go back....the item has sold out in those sizes.

I just think of getting (and ordering) the wrong size as a 'sign' I don't need it.  Hence, I just send it back and forget about it.

However, when I do look (thinking of exchanging) the size is gone.

QVC runs items (especially clothes) into the ground showing the same items over and over and (you get the idea) until there's very little inventory left by the time the item arrives at my house.

There are MANY complaints about this.  I can understand not being able to change an order on our end (customer end) on line, but I see know reason why it can't be done by Customer Service.  I've said it before, either QVC doesn't have the software to do it (which I don't find logical) or they just don't want to.

The problem is the returns and exchanges take so long! It has become incredibly ridiculous! It wasn't always like this.
