TAKING WAY TOO LONG FOR MY REFUND

I sent back a duraflame heater and took it to our post office.. have a receipt .. it shows  that they have entered a tracking status number on 1/27 .. that's 17 days ago. there is no excuse for anyone to have to wait almost three weeks waiting for them to do something with my return

Hi @Chatyone 2, I am so sorry, I am seeing an order date of 1/27 on that order and it looks like it shipped on 1/28. I do see tracking information from the shipping to you, but I am not seeing tracking for the return. Please email the tracking number you have to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and I will be happy to look into this for you.

@Chatyone 2- It sounds like you may be looking at the wrong tracking information.  Alice will sort it out for you, I'm sure of that.

@Chatyone 2 ... I shipped a package back to QVC on January 3rd.....  it wasn't picked up by their agent until about three weeks later.  It just sat in the PO until QVC sent someone to pick it up...... not the PO's fault.

It's ridiculous.  I returned Breezies panties almost two weeks ago and using QVC's mailing label.  I received an email that the return was on it's way to QVC but when I look at the return tracking online, it says it is in possession of the local USPS.  I should have asked for a receipt.  I guess it will show up eventually.

I sent back a quilt set on 8/13 because it was defective.  Still waiting for my refund.  QVC always says it's your bank's fault.  Also changed an order for the TSV Vita Mix to pay for 2 day delivery.  Now I have a hold on the initial order with standard shipping.  I called CS and they said it would would take 3-5 business days for it to be dropped off my account and to credit my account.  This is ridiculous.  They now owe me $100.  Other companies immediately reverse a charge if you have changed something. QVC makes millions of dollars in interest on our money not being refunded in a timely manner.  Not good business.
