I am sorry the you have not received your order. A replacement for Item V36612 KOCHBLUME 3-Piece Bottle Brush,Cup Brush w/ Microfiber Towels has been issued.


Your new item should arrive on or about Saturday, October 24, 2020.

 

Should you receive your original shipment, please return the item to QVC following our normal return instructions noted on your packing slip.
