I ordered the TSV Serum and Purity on September 25 and never received it. I actually ordered it the da6 before it was launched. I e-mailed QVC a few times and they kept saying it was being shipped. Yesterday I received a letter in the mail stating I will not be getting it because they don't have any in stock. I am furious!

i am done ordering from QVC. No more! Something is really wrong with there ordering system and they don't care. I would never count on them when doing my Christmas shopping.

I feel your pain. They did a similar stunt with me around the same time when I ordered the TSV of Luminara Glitter candles in the champagne color.  They never shipped so I called.  Rep. #1 told me my Q Card rejected the purchase--WRONG.  Rep. #2 was at Qcard that said they never received a request from QVC. Rep. #3 at QVC said it was still "in process" so if I gave her a different credit card I would still receive mine.  I gave her a Visa card, I got a confirmation email and a delivery date and now it's back ordered.  I called again and asked the difference between backordered and waitlist, and I can honestly say I have no idea.  Great customer service. FYI they were all very pleasant women.

Not getting the serum may be a blessing.  Just sent mine back.  Made me breatout something awful.  Smell was bad as well.  As to the problems the Q is having I'm pretty much done as well.  So many other options when shopping.

I have used the serum and Purity for years and they both became part of my beauty regime. Plus it was a really good deal.
