Lower Price today on an order not shipped yet

I placed an order for an arcade game yesterday. It has not shipped, but I am unable to cancel. Today it is on Black Friday Sale which is a lower price and free shipping. Can you help me get todays price?

The same thing happened to me today on an order that hasn't shipped yet and I emailed my order info to the Mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com.

They said that they couldn't give me the price difference until my order actually ships and said they would note my account, but for me to also email them again after it does ship, just in case.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

@KingstonsMom If you prefer a credit immediately rather than waiting until after it ships, they can give you a merchandise credit.

Just a Heads Up. I was told a price credit in four to seven days for a price difference but my credit card statement did not have posted it yet? I received the order but found out it changed.

Just to update, I received my notice that my refund has been processed 3 days later, as the social team said it would.

It's also reflected on my CC.

I placed an order for a Big Deal and 2 weeks later the price went down by $15.00 dollars! I called and they did issue me the difference but she said because my order had shipped (I had already rec'd it at this point), that I had to be given a merchandise credit.

I was fine with that but they really need to get a consistent policy on this.

Call customer service and ask for a price adjustment. They have done so for me before
