I want to give a big shout out and thank you to customer service. My daughter's printer wasn't able to be delivered by UPS and she needed it ASAP. I chatted with customer service and the person took care of the problem in the blink of an eye. My daughter will get a replacement and all is good. Thank you to the representative who helped me. I wish I had gotten your name. You really came through.
