I had a strange telephone call with a CS representative regarding the Price Guarantee on Item No. a390843 reduced from $57.00 to $5124.  I purchased two of them on 11/21 and the CS said he would credit me $16.00. ?? I don't think this is correct.

On the same call, Item A381744 purchased on 11/15 was reduced from $44.90 to $33.28.  The CS representativew said he would credit my account $20.00????? 

He asked for a MC or Visa credit card no and I told him you had my amex no and that's how I purchased these items.  He sounded very strange and I'm concerned.  Please advise asap.  Thank you.

Barbara, thank you for your prompt reply but, while waiting for it, I was so upset I called CS again and spoke to another rep who straightened it out, I hope.
