Order #*** was received by UPS at the Hodgkins  IL facility on 8/4. It has not been scanned again since then. I'm assuming the package is lost. What is my next step?  Thank you.

I am sorry there has been no additional movement with your package. Would you like a replacement Illuminated Faceted Glass Present with Bow by Valerie or would you prefer a refund?

A replacement for Item H217176 Illuminated Faceted Glass Present with Bow by Valerie has been issued. Your new item should arrive on or about Wednesday, August 26, 2020.

 

Should you receive your original shipment, please return the item to QVC following our normal return instructions noted on your packing slip. If you wish to keep both items, please call Customer Service at 1-800-367-9444 from 7am to 1am ET to arrange for billing.
