My Lillies Died

[ Edited ]

I am referring to order number *** I called this morning to Customer Service they said we had to call Robertas. Robertas said they would replace it next spring, I do NOT want to wait until next spring to have the same results I would like a refund!

Contact by email QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com to see if something can be done for you.

Wish I could offer a suggestion, but I went through the same thing with other plants from Robertas and Cottage Farms.  Second time after a year, the plants died.

Ordered plants from two other well-established catalogs and online sources in the past.  All are still doing well.

@CareBears

Unfortunately, this has always been the policy of QVC's live plant vendors.

I had a problem at least 20 years ago with Cottage Farm plants that arrived dead, sickly or didn't produce and I received the same offer of a replacement the next year.

Even though it was still planting season in my area.

Never ordered plants from QVC again.

@KingstonsMom   If this is the policy I will never order plants again either I have 1 Easy payment left on these flowers, so I am still paying on dead flowers?

I feel your pain, you're better off to buy plants locally.

Check the wording in their guarantee, I believe that is the way it is worded but I could be wrong.

I love watching the plant shows but I can't grow anything so I don't even try.

@CareBears

If you are within 30 days, QVC can refund you without returning the dead plants.

They did that when I received dead ones to begin with.

IF you are outside 30 days, then yes, that is the policy with all plant vendors from Q.

You have to contact the vendor and they wiill replace it next spring and if the item is not available, they will send you something comparable at their discretion.

They state this policy both online and with the included instructions.

I don't like that policy either but it is clearly stated.

I have had plants die fairly quickly from local nurseries with NO warranty!

@RespectLife   I have learned my lesson, do NOT order plants from QVC!

Once they have your money - good luck getting any of it back.  They hope in a year, when replacements are shipped out, you will have forgotten about it.

I didn't watch many plant shows but Cottage Farms didn't seem to make much of SPLASH as when Phillip was vendor.  The lady replacement is terrible = dull.  And even Phillip didn't set any waves with his new line.

Lots of us have learned our lesson about buying Q's plants.
