I changed the shipping method and it charged me second time

Hi I just wanted to change standard shipping method to express delivery and I got charged twice for full price of the item, both first and second transactions are in pending, will it fall off? and when?

@Sondh  I would have cancelled the first order and placed a new order with the correct information. You can email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com and ask for assistance. You could try calling Customer Service and explain the situation. I hope this helps.

I thought they’d charge me only shipping costs but they charged full price+shipping cost, that’s unfair

That's how it works with some retailers. One charge will fall off if not finalized within the number of days your bank requires. In the meantime, email the social team.

@Sondh I apologize for any misunderstanding. The 2nd amount you are seeing is just an authorization, and not an actual charge. The authorization will be automatically removed by your financial institution, typically within 3-7 business days. The timeframe is dependent on your bank’s policy. I’m sorry for any inconvenience and hope this information is helpful.
