@Sondh I would have cancelled the first order and placed a new order with the correct information. You can email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com and ask for assistance. You could try calling Customer Service and explain the situation. I hope this helps.

That's how it works with some retailers. One charge will fall off if not finalized within the number of days your bank requires. In the meantime, email the social team.

@Sondh I apologize for any misunderstanding. The 2nd amount you are seeing is just an authorization, and not an actual charge. The authorization will be automatically removed by your financial institution, typically within 3-7 business days. The timeframe is dependent on your bank’s policy. Of course. I always use express shipping ...but....you gotta pay for 2 to 3 day shipping. It's worth it. I don't have to wait for weeks and before I even know it the package gets here.
