NO MORE RETURN LABELS PROVIDED????

Since QVC is no longer providing return labels with orders, are they going to provide every customer with a printer, paper and ink so that we can print our own return labels?

Re: NO MORE RETURN LABELS PROVIDED????

i could not live without a printer at work and at home.

QVC also offers the QR code return process. no need to print anything out.

What is a USPS or UPS QR code?

No printer? No problem! Instead of printing your label at home, you now have the choice to use a QR code to print your Q Return label through either USPS or your local UPS store. Simply repack the item you’re returning in its original packaging, including the pack slip (if available) or a note with your order number, and cover/remove all original shipping labels on the box or package it arrived in. Then, bring the package return to a return shipping location, where they’ll scan your QR code and print the label for you.

Example QR Code:

@JustpeachyinGA.  If you read the instructions, you'll see you don't need a printer.  Scan the QR code and take to UPS or usps.  They make the label from your code.

Re: NO MORE RETURN LABELS PROVIDED????

I haven't ordered a lot from QVC, but in the last few years I have received one, just ONE return label. So who even gets them?.who???   Everything I had to return I had to print label. The only coveted return label I ever received was from Jenny Garth line. I was so shocked and pleased.  I had to exchange for size, and was thrilled they even sent one. I figured it was because it went back to Jennys  warehouse. I think.

This is pretty much what every business that I order from does. QVC is one of the last to sometimes provide return labels. Things change and unless you do not want to return anything. You are going to have problems ordering online.

Most retailers do this.   If no  printer a QR code scanned by the shipper works really well.

The UPS near me charges $1 to print out a label for returning an item to QVC. 😠

I agree!  Bring back the return labels.  It's too much trouble if you need to return something.  Not everyone has a printer or even a cell phone.  I'm reluctant to buy something now.  The return labels were convenient and necessary.  Why stop using them??

@Nancy April Yep -- I am one of those low-tech old ladies who does not have either a cell phone or a printer. I would gladly pay for a return label if given that option but -- I choose to remain low-tech. Since I am also handicapped, I will need to find another source for buying clothes.

Re: NO MORE RETURN LABELS PROVIDED????

I have already used the QR code process about a month ago so it didn't just start. I had misplaced the return label (probably put it in the trash) and my printer needed ink. I read the online directions, downloaded the QR code to my phone and took my return to a nearby UPS store and they scanned my code, no charge and I was in and out quickly, no line waiting and I was done and out of there.
