When you get to the page where you can print a label, opt instead for a QR code to show ups. They mail the code to your email. Show UPS the email and They will scan it and print a label for you. My UPS does not charge me anything.

I don't own a printer so this works best for me.

Be careful, different things get returned to different warehouses. All clothing goes to the same pl e but jewelry goes somewhere else. Also, the return label you use gets scanned and you are refunded for the item the label was intended for.
