Can someone please answer a question for me? I have an item that I want to return (it's within the time frame), but I threw out the return label thinking I wouldn't need it. How do I return it now? Thanks.

Look up Order Staus on you account and find the Start a Return box. Follow the instructions which will include the need for you to print a return label and apply it with item info..should cost about $6.95 deducted from your purchase price...or call customer service and speak to someone to "walk" you through the process.

Thank you! I just found that info and did it. Was coming back to delete my question, but I'll leave it in case others need that info!!

That's what I did with my return last week. But for folks who don't have a printer, I don't know what they're supposed to do.

I keep old labels and if I need one I know where to send it back to I use it. I just add a note and cross out the part that's not correct.
I don't own a printer so this works best for me.

You can hand write the address on your package if you do not have a printer. If you need the address go to return information on website.

They should copy the information in ink or pencil and use it as directed, no need for a copier.

If there is a UPS store near you , they will print a label for you if you can give them the information about the item you want to return.

Use the QR code for UPS and USPS to print labels.

@deeva I had this happen without a printer available. The CS rep mailed me a return form to send the item back. The time it took to arrive was not used against me in the return process.
