I have been a QVC customer for many years, but, I am now at the point of never ordering again. I prefer to actually speak to a CS rep than email or use these boards when there is a problem. If you return an item, you better be sure and check the refund you receive because most of the time, I have found that I have been charged for a return label I didn't use or for some other strange reason, the refund is not the correct amount.
My problem now is that I am trying to print a return label and after answering all the questions and reasons for the return, I press continue, and nothing happens. It doesn't let me continue. And, I am only doing this online because there was no invoice and return label included in my package.
I am so sick of all the changes that have occurred with QVC customer service. It is the worst!

It does seem like they make it very difficult.

@Sapphiregal I am sorry for the difficulties you are having. I would try using another browser and see if that helps, if not let us know and we will email or mail out an invoice for you. As for the PPL Charges you are speaking about, I will definitely pass that on to our returns team, that should not be happening and should be looked into.
