Mod/please help/my orders say 'backordered' AND 'processing'

I don't understand why I see two different statuses when I sign into my qvc account.    When I ordered the two items, I ordered the same day they were available and the status for three days has said 'preparing to ship'.  Today when I signed in, I get two different statuses - 'in process' and 'backordered'.  Which is it?   Thanks for any help.

They're quick to respond and if anyone has an answer for you, it's them!
