It looks normal on my iPad 6 (iPadOS 14.5.1) today.
However, in the past couple of weeks I had a problem with the display at the top of the screen similar to some of these descriptions and this fixed it (both of these steps are safe to do, are part of regular "housekeeping" on iPads, and I do them regularly):
Clear all browser cookies/cache/data.
(if you use Safari, it's in Settings-->Safari-->Clear History and Website Data
and
under Settings-->Safari-->Advanced-->Website Data).
Also, you might need to reset network settings.
In Settings, General, Reset, Reset Network Settings -- when the device boots back up just re-enter your WiFi password.
I've learned that the IT people keep tinkering with the website and it results in all manner of weird glitches for the users, often related to the old cookies and cache.
I understand that people are tired of the suggestion to clear browser cookies/cache/data, try a different browser, etc., but we've learned that if we want to be able to use the site we need to do these things.
QVC has dreadful website design, management and maintenance, but this has been true for a very, very long time and doesn't seem to be improving at all.
