I'm frustrated as my home page no longer shows the New, Trending, TSV & Deals and Shop QVC TV nor My Account. It comes up showing items and there is no place within that home page to search items. I'm not sure if it is just me or if everyone has had it change. I have to go out to google and type it in.

At the very top of THIS page.......See the long space: What can we help you discover? Type in there what you're looking for.
Your account: opposite that on right side - see My Account
Hit that a make your selection - such as - Order Status - My Account
Perhaps I'm not reading your problem correctly - but other than this - I don't relate to (you)
Don't have to go to Home Page

I no longer check big deal, clearance etc. I'm confused
can't figure out front page, too much energy. Btw I
have post graduate degrees and it is too much for me.

@Old Dog Your homepage must look different from mine. Mine looks about the same way it always has. Search bar has always been at the top of the page and it still is. To the left of the search bar there is the word 'shop' with a down arrow. Click on the down arrow and you can shop in different areas including clearance that someone else couldn't find.

@KatieB @fthunt My page also looks the same as it always has. However, it's obvious we are all seeing something different. I use QVC.Com, not the app and virtually never go near the home page. My options are across the top bar but they are not like you describe so it's really not possible to tell another person what she should be seeing.

While holding down the ctrl key, press the - (minus) key one press at a time until that annoying floating bar goes away. Works for me.

@Old Dog - Are you accessing qvc.com from a mobile device? If so, they have been monkeying around with the format for the past couple of weeks, and I've noticed some of those top menus and links missing as well from time to time. If you click the menu bars in the top left corner, you will find at least a few options to help you. Good luck!
As for me, I've almost always browsed the site on my desktop computer, and that has transitioned to an absolute always now with all the technology issues lately.

@Kachina624 I believe my first statement was "Your home page must look different from mine". And I was certainly not telling her what she should be seeing - I was describing the home page as I see it. So please don't accuse me of something I was not doing. I also use QVC.com not any app.

Tonight, my QVC page changed. I cannot order items, check my account, search, etc. I have been going crazy pinning different tabs, etc. This happened when I was trying to edit an order - change a color. Now I cannot find the original QVC Homepage. I have searched using Google & Bing. This is so frustrating.

@Old Dog same thing happened to me but only while using my IPad. I usually use Safari but I had to change my browser to Chrome. Try changing your browser
