I need to reach the QVC Social team for help processing returns. I continue to be charged easy pay for the items. In addition, I ordered items February 7th that have not shipped but I have already been charged easy pay for both of these. I thought you did not get charged until the item shipped.

Hi @Luvtoread29 we can help with the returns if we can track them. Please email the order numbers to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. As for the items that have not shipped what you are probably seeing is an authorization. We authorize when the order is placed and it will drop off, we bill when the order is shipped.

Thank you for your help IG... much appreciated! I used the QVC label so you should be able to track them. I am aware of the authorization policy but that is not what happened. In this case the actual first dollar amount including shipping and handling for two pair of jeans was deducted...
