Help Identifying an Item

Can someone tell me if this is a QVC item and if so the item number. On the back page of the September Inside Q (where they are advertising the Fly London TSV) the model is wearing a long sweater coat/cardigan. I searched QVC and the Insider but cannot find out if this is a Q item. Please help.
