The problem with this response is.....when this happened to me (cancelled order shipped), I was told the same thing (return the item at no charge, credit will e given for return postage), but THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. I was charged return postage. Please be sure to follow up with your return to be sure you are credited for the return postage. I eventually was, AFTER I had to contact customer service a second time.

That happened to me too. I've been a customer for more than 25 years and this is the first time I was shipped an item after I cancelled it. Something must have changed with QVC's system.

When the package comes either by mail or UPS I would refuse it.

I have returned 2 orders so far but was charged for shipping and why thet ony got ! return package so far ,when 2 pkgs were sent on the same day ,I do not know
There is someting wrong here

Seems they are digging cancelled items up and shipping them

If only my mailman or UPS would ring my bell I would do that ,but they just drop packages on my doorstep and run
@MalteseMomma Write "refused" on the package and leave it for the mailman the next day or call for a pick up. If it's UPS take to a UPS store or give to any driver. You don't have to refuse it at the moment it's delivered.
