now another order cancelled after yesterdays wrong shipping ....

Another cancelled order shiped Smiley Sad  This is the end!!!!

 

These orders were cancelled many days ago  Smiley Sad

 

I AM SO DONE HERE.

 

QVC..Did you know even your telephone ordering system is messed up ?

The problem with this response is.....when this happened to me (cancelled order shipped), I was told the same thing (return the item at no charge, credit will e given for return postage), but THAT DID NOT HAPPEN.  I was charged return postage.  Please be sure to follow up with your return to be sure you are credited for the return postage.  I eventually was, AFTER I had to contact customer service a second time.

That happened to me too.  I've been a customer for more than 25 years and this is the first time I was shipped an item after I cancelled it.  Something must have changed with QVC's system.

When the package comes either by mail or UPS I would refuse it.

If only my mailman or UPS would ring my bell I would do that ,but they just drop packages on my doorstep  and run  Smiley Sad

I have returned 2 orders so far but was charged for shipping   and why thet ony got ! return package so far ,when 2 pkgs were sent on the same day ,I do not know

@MalteseMomma  Write "refused" on the package and leave it for the mailman the next day or call for a pick up.  If it's UPS take to a UPS store or give to any driver.   You don't have to refuse it at the moment it's delivered.
