I ordered something, sent it back to exchange for a different color. I mailed it on 12/20. They didn't receive it until 12/31...to date nothing has been done. Anyone have any ideas? I tried to do the Live Chat, but nobody picked up on the other end. I also ordered something on 12/27 and it's still not here. Just when I thought the shipping couldn't get any worse.

I mailed back for an exchange on 1/2/18 and just got notified today that my exchange is on its way to me. that 6 days turn around and I live in the North East,. with 7 inches on the ground here.
