Invalid voucher from caseable for amazon fire 7

I have tried for several hours to get a valis code for cover from caseable.  Put on hold told to go to US sight, etc.  Tried it all and still no luck.  Been trying since October  HELP

I ordered mine online a few weeks after I received my two fire's and everything seemed great, they were free no shipping incurred, but they never came.  I emailed caseable and they said they were backed up during Thanksgiving so I gave it more time.  Finally around the first of Dec. I emailted them again and  the response was they must have gotten lost, but they offered no tracking.  Well about a week later, they came in the mail.  Strange service for sure.  The quality of the case is ok at best, they are so stiff they really are not comfortable to hold onto, but they were free.  Wish you luck on getting yours.
