Well, finally heard back from QVC Easy returns  who said  basically we're sorry  we processed as a return rather than exchange but if you want the item  call Customer Service to reorder . They did not address my request to be reimbursed for the return shipping and tax they charged  when they processed  my exchange as a Return .

 What is going on ,  besides very poor business practices.
