CS - Shout out to Ginny!

I just want to give a shout out to CS rep Ginny!  She helped me with a return for the Snow Joe scrapers and made it so easy for me.  Great, great service, and so very friendly!  THANK YOU GINNY!!!

I have also had some situations which could've been a nightmare, be remedied thanks to their efforts!  I'm sure they do a lot of work, especially during the holiday season, with very little appreciation.

I think the QVC CS reps really do a great job.  Every one that has helped me over the years was so very pleasant and professional.  They really deserve the kudos.  CS can be a tough job, especially when dealing with unreasonable, cranky customers!
