@DooneyGal2 - I would have to say no based on my experience; I haven't received any notifications about returns being "on their way" for at least a few months. I used to get those alerts, and nothing has changed in my email preferences, so I'm not sure what might have changed in the QVC system. It is helpful that qvc.com has started showing tracking details for returns again, though!

Tell you what I do.
I write down that big long USPS number before I mail the return that way I can track it myself. After you write down the number, send it to yourself in an email, copy and paste it, so, you won't have to write it down all the time when you want to check on the progress go to USPS and paste it.
Soon as it's delivered if they don't email you and let you know they have received it and your credit card has been credited then I go to 'order status' and under 'returns' I can see if they have it then I start calling my credit card automated information and see if my account has money back in it.

@DooneyGal2 I returned something about a month ago and didn't get an email saying it was on the way back to QVC. I took a picture of the label that has the tracking # on it and sent it to me in an email.
I track the returns to QVC on the Pitney Bowes website and through my account on QVC.

@DooneyGal2 QVC usings a third party shipper, so you can't track it on the USPS website. That website will tell you when the shipper picked it up, but it won't go any further.
You can track it on pitneybowes.com and also through your original order on QVC.

I don't know....I ordered an item on 07/26, not received.....checked on the item today
8/19 just to find out the order was cancelled yesterday. I did not cancel it nor did I receive and email. I don't know whats going on lately.

I just got an email today in fact, that they have received my return and are processing. It was mailed on Saturday so I am pleased!
