Well it isn't free shipping between those dates on my flyer:  Free shipping on up to 4 fashion orders during that time.  Since the op didn't say how she tried to use the code, we don't know why it might not work.  

I don't believe qvc would just change the rules.

They did some weird stuff yesterday with clearance items.  Many had been reduced dirt cheap with no returns allowed.  They raised the prices to a ridiculous amount and are still not allowing returns.

I checked about 4pm and two items I'd bought had the increased price but no mention of no returns.  Two hours later, there was a banner with no returns allowed on the same itrems.  Something's going on.

I have the code for $10.00 off a $40.00 fashion, accessories, footwear or jewelry item and I just tried it on a clearance jewelry item. It did not work. It does work on a full priced jewelry item. Great.  🙄🙄🙄

I used it on 03/03 on 3 items.  2 were sale items and they were all 3 free shipping. the this week I ordered D & Co crop jeans on sale, and was free shipping.  There were sale but not the final sale items (no return). I would call CS.  Good luck!

Agree.  This is not your typical QVC or any other retail price adjustment situation.  It has been nutty the last week with crazy increases and fluctuating prices, very unstable.

Thought it might be a tax issue with inventory and price of goods but it doesn't do them any good to raise the point of sale prices for that purpose.

It was working for me on sale items on Saturday.  They definitely messed around with it and removed any sale, clearance, as is, lunchtime/primetime special, etc.

Why bother even wasting money to send these flyers out?

HSN always sends me coupon codes and yes, you usually can't use it on clearance items. But it is clearly stated as such.

QVC was allowing it to work on sale items the last 2 weeks, they should allow it these final 2 weeks of the month.

Between the "love you longtime" email the other day and this "coupon code" suddenly changing rules mid-game, they need to look at an overhaul of their marketing department.
