I received the flyer, too and used it successfully for 3 orders.  After reading this post,I decided to try it again. The red banner came up saying I've already used the code, and was not given free shipping.--- very disappointing!!

Wow!  I'm disgusted that I never even received the offer to begin with! 

 

I buy so much here EVERY month, am signed up to receive emails, etc. but never get any coupons, free shipping offers or "gifts".

Sad you weren't able to use the code. I used all four of mine and everything was on sale or at least what I considered a good price. Maybe if you could call CS they could explain further.

I was thinking the same.  Maybe OP spoke with someone at QVC that didn't know the rules for this particular offer.

@avid shopper    If you received two different  shoe sizes you should call CS so they will credit the charge for your return or email the QVC social team

We're supposed to be able to use it on four items.  I'd be disappointed too.  Maybe CS or the social team can help you.💝

Thanks for your response, @cheriere . It seems as though QVC has changed the rules according to several posts/ conversations. The free shipping worked on my 3 orders which included as is, regular sale, and Prime Time Specials. I placed them shortly after I received the flyer. It seems like I should still be able to use it one more time for full price and regular sale items.I may try calling customer service if I decide to place another order.

You're quite welcome.😊💝.   I'm so glad you used the code whenever you first got it given all the recent changes.    If I were you I'd definitely call a CS representative and explain that you have one more left.  I know a l of people here send questions right to the social team and get almost immediate answers.  I really do hope they sort this out for you.
