Promo code issue ….unhappy

be careful on using the promo code sent to your email . I received one the beginning of this month .  $10 off of $50 clothing , shoes, accessories.   I did apply it to an item a couple days ago then realized right away , I mean immediately that the Inseam would not  work for  me so I cancelled  immediately!   .  I believed seeing that I really didn't apply to an actual order  that would be shipped as it was cancelled that it should be assigned back , it wasn't as I tried using on another order .    Emailed CS and was told first that they we sorry ,  but even if cancelled it can't be used again.   I wrote back and told of my disappointment and was told that she would see what she could do which I replied I would appreciate whatever you can do.  No reply back .  Usually CS is very helpful and has helped me with many issues.    I know now to be very careful what I use a code on in the future if I ever get another.  Was going to order a fashion order earlier ,  and that $10 would have been nice .
