Got a flyer from the Q offering free shipping with code springlook24 from 2/26 to /3/31. Today 3/12 they decided to not honor the offer on sale items, however, that was not a stipulation on the original offer, and of course, customers were never advised.  False advertising is now what we can expect from QVC. This company has been going downhill for quite a while now and we can see why. In this economy, we are all looking to spend our money with reliable companies. The Q is proving they are not one of them.

@noQ. Everyone is entitled to her opinion and mine is that in my experience of 30+ years, QVC has been extremely reliable.  I don't think your issue has anything to do with reliability but it is standard policy in the industry.

I wonder why they made that change. I got that flyer in the mail but threw it in the trash.

I received the same spring fashion mailer with coupon.  After reading your post I went through and read all the fine print and it doesn't say anything about sale items being excluded.

Without knowing all the circumstances, please call customer service or reach out to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com. They will hopefully be able to provide insight into what went wrong! I have never had an issue that could not be resolved.😊

@noQ  I trust you read the fine print thoroughly before posting?  I know retailers reserve the right to make exclusions to sales, coupons etc. They all do it.  Perhaps since the clearance price is already a markdown the free shipping would be a double dip so to speak.  I guess it depends on how bad you wanted the item.

So far, I've successfully used it three times, saving over $10., in s&h.

I have used it 4 times, and one order was for 2 items.  All the clothes I bought were on sale, clearance, or lunchtime specials.

 

If they made that change, that is pretty lousy.  I would contact the social team and see if they can help.

    That's why I haven't ordered.
