@kaydee50. I am the same way. If I am not sure of a size I dont order especially numerical sizes as vary. Exchanges are hit or miss. 

 

Stuff I have had to return is defective, damaged or the wrong item and I lost interest in waiting to correct the order. Luckily I am able to n wait for one  rare need for a refund. It isn't good business.

If you return through order status and do not use qvceasyreturns you can wait weeks Once they receive your return you get an email but then you wait for it to be processed another 10 or so days. They need to fix that by hiring more help at the returns warehouses.
