For spending 35.00 for shipping my order has sat without getting shipped for over a week now.A customer for over 29 years I can’t believe I continue using the most backwards overcharged company on earth.QVC continues to keep getting worse as does their delivery service.Shame on me

What did you buy that costs $35 to ship?

For $35 shipping, it must be a large item. Depending on the size, it probably goes by some 3rd party company's truck. Those 3rd parties don't make trips that aren't profitable so delivery is always slow. 

Did you price shop whatever you ordered?

This has happened to me wth Vince Camuto shoes and boots.  Anything coming from QVC's California warehouse takes forever.  The problem is when you order something, the customer does not know which warehouse it comes from and can take forever.  I am still waiting 2 weeks for an order that was sent from Ontario, CA.  Called CS and they said they can't do anything because the order is "still in process".  It is riciculous.

@deflep.  Express shipping does not speed up the processing time or made the item more available if it hasn't yet arrived in the Q warehouse.  It just gives a preferred transportation method.

If you're buying for a special occasion, I wouldn't depend on any online retailer.  Buy local to be sure you have it in time.
