I have not been able to sign in using Safari browser for four days.
please fix this issue

@LTT1. Have you downloaded another browser you can use? People are having trouble with Safari and QVC, so I'd have another browser ready in case of trouble. I don't have Safari but I have 3 browsers on my tablet just in case one goes wonky.

Right this very minute, I am posting using Chrome.
But based on your suggestion, I will go and find something else.

@LTT1. Chrome is recommended in lieu of Safari. That's what I primarily use.

I am not sure how to explain this properly.
When I open a page directly through Chrome, I cannot “expand” the page.
When I open a page through the google app area (instead of through the Chrome shortcut) expanding pages works for me.

@LTT1, What happens when you try to use Safari? What kind of device, and which operating system version and browser version?
I have an older iMac (macOS High Sierra v. 10.13.6) and I can sign in here with no problem using: Google Chrome v. 71.0.3578.98, Firefox v. 64.0, Safari v. 12.0.2. (I just tried again with Safari to be sure, and no troubles there.)
I also can sign in on my iPhone 5 and iPad 3 and 6 using Safari (all of the mobile devices have the most recent software versions).
@Kachina624 is correct that the full desktop Safari used on computers can be very problematic on the Q -- however, the mobile version used by iPads and iPhones usually is fine.
Personally, I prefer either Chrome or Firefox on my iMac and Safari on my iPads and iPhone. I don't quite understand the problem you describe with Chrome... I have the full version installed on my Mac and use it daily (that's what I'm using right now to type this) and it works well. Sorry you're having problems -- I know how frustrating the glitches on this site can be!🌻

I am using an iPad IOS 12.1
By expandable, I’m referring to the fact that on an iPad one can pinch to make smaller (or spread fingers to make larger or see more detail.)
The Q site is set up to not allow pinching and zooming, but in various instances one can get it to do this.
I will just not use Safari any more, I guess, although I inserted hypertext about two years ago and used to have it set up to zoom.

When I use Safari (starting four days ago) and I try to log in, the site takes me to a page to set up a new account. Never fails.
over and over.
The little 2nd box for pw won’t appear on any entry for me.
So forinstance, I cannot see/track orders.
