I deceided to email the QVC social team and express my frustration with this situation. I even copied the complaint in the Forums. Melvin answered my email and said he was going to email the complaint and get it resolved. Maybe everyone having this issue shoul email them as well so they can possibly act on it quicker.

Thank you! Yes...I followed your lead by emailing the social team this morning. The problem HAS to be on their end. Fingers crossed they fix it very soon!

Yes I am having the same problem. Was able to change some of them but then it stopped allowing me to. What's up now!

This is just inexcusable for a corporation of this size and the IT dept. I am not sure what else I can do to make them aware of this situation emails phone calls. Just go into the profile and figure out what is going on. It is clearly on their end. I have tried different browsers cleared my cookies/cache and I even tried on the App and still can't do it.
If anyone is now able to access and change please let me know so I can get the correct help.

I just tried again to change my credit cards and I am still getting "Something is Wrong." It is a pain for me to keep calling Customer Service to make the changes.

When the payment isn't made and you get the notification, maybe that's the time you will be able to make the change.

I just called customer service about when this problem was going to be fixed because it has been happening to me for a week now, and I just tried it before I called them. I aksed when it will be fixed, CS told me they know there is a ticket in to fix it but they have not been given an ETA on a fix. WOSRT OnLINe Retailer WEb site ever. They fix one problem and cause several more. You could bet if Amazon and like had website issues that inconvience customers they would not let this go on and on and on as it is bad for the bottome lime.

Same problem. I work odd hours and it is extremely inconvenient for me not to be able to adjust my easy pays as I have always done, plus I hate making phone calls. I have been trying for three days, three different phones and my laptop, cleared cookies, cache etc. nothing works. Every time I try I get the red "Hmmm something is wrong, please call..." banner Well I called and customer service twice and both times they had no idea what I was talking about and said they would submit a report. Very frustrating!

This situation is going on 7 days straight for me. I have had to call CS every day to edit a few easy pays at a time because the first day I called to report it the person who assisted me accidentally placed ALL of my August easy pays onto one card. WHAT a mess. I was told today that CS can't edit more than 10 pays at a time and if I needed to do that, then I needed to be referred to the finance department to have this done. What???? Anyhow, this is beyond frustrating at this point. If any one of you gets your situation fixed, please report back to the forum. I'd really apprecite it! 'just wondering if ANYONE is getting assistance. Thanks!
