Went in to edit my Easy Pay credit card with another card and cannot do it. Get a message saying something is wrong. Up until today, I was easily able to change credit cards. Please help fix this.

You are not alone This has been going on for the last two days. I get the same message And I have a bunch of orders I want to change and I should not have to email anyone if I was able to do it myself before. Please alert someone to have this fixed please

@GODMOTHER0905 I emailed the Social Team and they cannot help me. They said I have to call Customer Service. This is a real pain in the neck. I was easily able to change cards myself when my balances were low on one card & I could easily replace with another card.

I had to call CS this morning to get them changed. CS rep was very nice said they have been getting alot of calls to make changes, Supposedly they are working on it and are aware. I hope its sonner rather than later. I have so many more to change and dont want to keep making phonecalls.

Yes! I have been having the same issue and had to call CS to change several pays...and still have more to change! CS reps (Rita and Paula) were VERY helpful and super understanding and friendly. I was told that a request to the IP department was sent so they could investigate the issue and look at my account. I noticed that this issue cropped up after I returned several items last week and they were credited back to my accounts....have to wonder if that wasn't what caused the problem...maybe a glitch?. We shall see...I am confident they will take care of it, though.

Now apparently no one is aware of the issue??? I just spoke to a very nice CS rep Michael and he said there are no notes in the system about this issue I told him this has been an issue for me personally since Wednesday I had no issues prior to this I cannot keep calling to have my easy pays changed This should not be an issue for this many days

I agree. It is very inconvenient. I have had the ability to edit my own pays for the last 3 years with no tech issues at all. The rep I spoke to said it could be 5 to 7 days before the issue could be cleared up. I am having to call and get pays edited as well...a real hassle for me and the CS rep, I am sure, and takes time to do. I really hope they get this cleared up soon.

Same ole situation again today I am extremely frustrated with this situation. If anybody else continues to have this issues please respond. I don't have the time to call CS with the changes and I am trying to be kind and not overwhelm the reps who are not responsible for this mess.

Yes...same here. VERY frustrating. I still can't make any changes today.
