@lindyj325 - next time you have a problem, highlight the app but don't open it, go up to the right hand corner where you see options - click on that, there will be a list of things to choose - click on give us feedback and pick whichever one is appropriate.

 

You may have to do this a couple of times but it has worked for me. Good Luck

Hi @lindyj325 @riley1 @OnlyShopsOnline @Penelope59 @TheMemphisVette  and anyone else that may still be having issues with QVC and Roku. We submitted the inquiry here and they are asking if anyone is still having issues can you share the Roku device/model and the operating system they’re on.  That can all be found under: Settings Ă  System Ă  About.  Having this info would be really helpful. @Kim-QVC - I am no longer having issues with the Q app via Roku.

We recently dropped cable and went to streaming through Spectrum.  QVC is a channel we get as part of our "local" channels.  I've had no problems whatsoever.

 

Totally aside, we lost Q2 which I actually prefer over QVC.  Now in order to watch it, I have to go to Q2 through YouTube. That is a little bit of a process to switch back and forth so I rarely if ever watch Q2 anymore.  I normally do shopping channel checks between other programs and it's just too hard now.

I am having the same issue you described. It works fine until you leave and go to another program and then try to go back.  I did not have any issues today until prime time at 8 then I could not launch QXC without it going back to the home page. Very frustrating.  Just started happening to me and emoving and reinstalling the QVC channel does not work for me. Tired it several times

You are probably right about the heavy internet traffic but it seems QVC is the only issue I am having with my Roku

Kim  - It worked at midnight for me until prime time ( 8 pm Eastern time) today and now I am having the same issues.

Yep... there was an app update on 12/4 and once Roku updated the app no longer works. BRILLIANT MOVE QVC! Break your stream the busiest two weeks of your year!
