Was watching QVC streaming on my Roku  Tried to go back to channel and could not. Uninstalled and re-installed the app but it would go to the app and would not allow me to select a channel such as QVC or QVC 2   Instead it would go back to the home page where it would direct me to go to app.  I even tried shutting down the TV and restarting it with no successs. This is only happening with the QVC app

Same here...I tried removing channel and reinstalling because that usually works but it didn't this time Woman Frustrated Streaming fine on all other devices...guess its a ROKU thing

It's been like this for months.  When tuned into QVC if you switch your TV away from the Roku stream to view something else (which I frequently do because often I'm watching sports and only go to QVC during breaks.  Heck, during the holiday season I usually only tune into QVC during commercial breaks while watching Hallmark.  Jokes aside the point is when I go back to the Q stream the screen is back on the homepage. Roku doesn't seem to have an answer for it as I've sent feedback and question "why" several times.

@Penelope59  I did that too, but users never know what's happening behind the scenes with that (no feedback to the reporting user).  I also emailed Roku through their website, but they gave me an evasive run aound non answer.

Yep...they've given me that same non answer before Woman Very Happy

I was watching Youtube this evening on my Roku and had several glitches.  One was a notice that said Youtube was not available.  But, I was then able to get back in.

 

My guess there is heavy internet traffic due to the holidays.

"I've been here since October 2006. Wow!"
