CS Empty Small Jiffy Lite Envelope

I received a brown paper jiffy lite container that is empty.

 

Package ID 7789289501

 

Can you tell me what, if anything this was?

@ECBG    Look up the tracking number on order status and compare it to the one on the envelope.  Have you ordered something that would fit in it?

@ECBG    are you sure it's from QVC?  Once in a while they send out cosmetics as "gifts".
