I am not sure if she is complaining about the shipping charge or the return fee. You ordered the items I think it should of been your responsibility to check the fees before you placed the order, instead of complaining after you placed the order.

I totally agree!  Buying an item in your normal size (petite) and because normal size is a different item number I would have to return my original item and pay shipping fees, then reorder the item that would fit and pay shipping again...totalling shipping fees 3 times for one item!!  Totally a rip-off.  I'm done with QVC, as well!
