I checked all the packaging and there were no pumps included.  For almost $50 I should not have to do anything.  Companies just do not care anymore.

I was not expecting anyone to do anything for me.  I thought the Customer Care Forum was for people to post customer care issues, not for strangers to post unhelpful, unkind replys.

@LCYfromCincy   This happened to me with Philosophy a few years ago.  QVC was no help - they said to call Philosophy - I called Philosophy and they were even less help than QVC - Philosophy didn't care one bit.  I ordered a pump from Amazon and never bought Philosophy again.  LOL

@LCYfromCincy you are correct. The mods usually chime in to help posters on this form with customer service issues. I am sorry you did not receive any help. Have you tried calling QVC's customer service?
