I posted in another thread that I can see the video and the arrow to play it but in the bottom left hand corner of the video the time is listed as 0:00 so nothing to Play.
This was 5 mins ago (09/08 - 9:15 pm CT)
I'm using an HP laptop I bought on QVC last year with the Microsoft Edge browser it came with. So frustrating. Been like this for me for about a week.

Still not working for me (09/08 - 9:15 PM) on my QVC purchased HP laptop I bought last year with Microsoft Edge browser.
I see the video and the arrow to play the video but in the bottom left hand corner of the video the time is listed as 0:00 so nothing to play.

still not working for me 9/22/22 using Chrome or Safari. No problem on the App but I dislike using the App. Mine start playing then stops a few seconds into the video.
