It is so frustrating to be unable to view the videos and the QVC Live shows from my laptop. Is IT working on it?

@stellabystarlight It is frustrating, I do think the QVC IT people are working on it, because after approximately a week of my being unable to view the videos, suddenly the day before yesterday I tried again and voila, they were working. Hang in there.

None of the videos are working for me either. Hope they get it fixed soon.

I sure hope so, mine was working with Edge browser up until the day before yesterday, now they don't.
IT's problem seems to be fixing an issue on ALL platforms/devices at the same time.
They fix one, another fails....the story of our lives.
I have quite a few items just waiting till I can watch a video on them, before I order.....lost sales.

Odd, I have viewed all videos both on Edge and Firefox!
I'm on a desktop.

Well, well, mine just started working again, using Edge browser on my laptop!
Still can't watch 'QVC Live', but at least can now watch presentation videos!
For now.......tomorrow's a whole 'nother day though, LOL!

QVC really needs to do something about upgrading their provider service before we have a really serious glitch. Seems like they took the lowest bid for providers and you get what you pay for. There are way too many glitches with their service company.

Customer Care, thank you. My videos are working now and so is the live QVC on my HP laptop computer using Edge.

UPDATE: Everything "watch live" and "videos" started working around 11:15am this morning 9/7, did not work when logged on, started working later...thank you Kim.
All fine @1am 9/5. Not fine; @10:00am, 9/5, no watch live, no recorded videos:
Click on Watch, click on play and nothing..affects Q, Q2, Q3, In the Kitchen and all videos...no live stream to check!
HP Laptop
Edge, Version 105.0.1343.27
Windows 10, Version 21H2
Restarted--no change
Only have Edge so only Browser used
Same result with VPN on and VPN off
Works fine on QVC app on Amazon Fire tablet...
