scottie, I posted on that thread in response to your link, and it was immediately deleted pretty much. It was not contentious. I thought my comment was fair and neutral. So, I guess what I'm saying is that "cleaning up" a thread seems quite arbitrary and subjective. If they are going to close a thread, I think they should leave all the comments up. Otherwise, I think they should delete the entire thread.
