She probably has a licensing deal with another company, that has her promoting it....but not selling it herself

Yes, @Pook is right. Go to her website, under "Shop," and you'll see the Facemaster. There's also another link for Facemaster accessories. (If you click on either, you'll be on the Facemaster site.)
