Cut up beef sticks (Jack Links), cheese niblets, trail mix, little sandwiches, grapes, apples, bananas, water bottles...We always snack when traveling. It helps pass the time.

4 hours isn't really that long for a road trip.  I would bring some bottled water and a variety of crystal light flavor packets.  Tell the ladies you have the hydration covered.

Being in a car with others eating and chewing doesn't sound like a nice time.  Some people are loud chewers and messy.

Plus your time in the car will go quickly because you all will be excited and talking about the trip.

Having been on hundreds of long road trips, I do believe you all will survive without snacks--which can get messy and be spilled or dropped and even small bad.

I'd tough it out on what you eat at a stop!  Woman Very Happy

Combos, Pringles, almonds or some sort of trail mix.  I would not be happy with no food for 4 hours--LOL!!!

I would not provide any snacks. Take a drink for yourself. Let each person provide her own beverage. I would not be making any stops until arriving at the destination. With that many women, be flexible and just go with the flow. Some may need a bathroom break a couple of hours or so into the trip, but I doubt anyone would expect a full meal until you reach your destination unless there is some legendary restaurant along the way.

My most often trip is about 6-7 hours and I try not to stop. I was surprised to hear how many bring water/drinks. While I do bring something to drink just in case, I try not to drink much so I don't have to stop for a restroom. Snacks are usually unhealthy like something salty, cookies and maybe an apple.
